  • FRIDAY, FEBRUARY 21ST

For those who can attend, we’ll have a meetup Friday night in the town of June Lake!

    SATURDAY, FEBRUARY 22ND

We’ll begin our day bright and early to ensure we get to the venue at a good time. The day will start out with us familiarizing ourselves with all the ice climbing equipment you’ll be using for the weekend. We’ll cover the basics in the morning and get to ice climbing as early as we can. Throughout the day we’ll be reviewing more in-depth ice climbing systems and showing the group our favorite tips and tricks along the way! Saturday night we’ll head into town for dinner and drinks for those looking to keep the party going!

    SUNDAY, FEBRUARY 23RD

Our second day we’ll rise early again to get to the venue at a good time. We’ll give the group the opportunity to review any topics covered from day one, or if there are specific topics people are looking for more information on, we’ll be sure to review those as well. We’ll swing tools all through the morning into the afternoon, wrapping the day up around 2:00 pm. Once back at the cars we’ll do a formal debrief from the weekend and get on our way.

  • All guests will be responsible for their own meals for the duration of the event. This includes breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks. All guests will also be responsible for their own transportation to and from the climbing venues.

We’d like to highlight the importance of booking lodging in June Lake, not Mammoth Lakes. At times weather can shut down Highway 395 from Mammoth to June Lake. It’s in the best interest of our guests to book their lodging in June Lake to ensure you can make it to the venue in case there is any weather we are dealing with during the weekend. We’ll be sure to keep an email thread running as guests register for those looking to split lodging.

If you enjoyed your trip, we encourage you to show your appreciation to our guides with a tip : )
