LADIES WEEKEND OUT // MAMMOTH

MENTAL APPROACH TO CLIMBING CLINIC

INFO & REGISTRATION

Ladies Weekend Out is heading back up to Mammoth Lakes this summer for another Mental Approach to Climbing Clinic!

Throughout the weekend we’ll dive into exercises and techniques designed to help you break through mental barriers on your rock climbing journey. Our Mental Approach to Climbing Clinic is designed for those who want to strengthen their mental skills and grow into a leadership role within the sport while embracing the challenges of lead climbing. We’ll cover the importance of breath control, address the fear of falling, practice overcoming mental obstacles on lead, and learn how to be an attentive belayer, supporting your partner as they push their limits.

Ladies Weekend Out Mammoth - Mental Approach to Climbing Clinic will run over 4 days and 3 nights, July 10th - 13th, in Mammoth Lakes, California and will be offered as a single pitch weekend with the option to purchase an additional multi pitch day at a discounted rate before or after the event. Ladies Weekend Out Mammoth includes 3 days of guided climbing and mental coaching with our professionally trained AMGA guides, camping accommodations in Mammoth Lakes for 3 nights, and a social event Saturday evening (location in Mammoth Lakes and TBD).

Each of our Ladies Weekend Out events are crafted with the individual participant in mind. Our guide team is able to set up climbs appropriate for all climbing abilities, and cover any topics and skills that the group is interested in learning. Our goal is to foster a close-knit, supportive atmosphere where you’ll connect with like-minded women and receive dedicated, one-on-one guidance from experienced guides and instructors. The skills developed and belaytionships formed are what make each LWO event truly unforgettable!
