Join our Ladies Weekend Out, all female guide team, for a fun weekend of backpacking education, community, and camaraderie as we head out from the South Lake/Bishop Pass Trailhead in Bishop, CA June 28th - 30th! Our Ladies Weekend Out, Intro to Backpacking event will be an education heavy weekend, focusing on what gear to bring into the backcountry, how to use it, how to minimize the weight of your pack, what food to bring, backcountry etiquette, Leave No Trace practices, obtaining a permit, reading maps and utilizing mapping software, rescue devices, and much more.
